Nature caramels with fleur de sel
CARAMELS PINEAU
We had a slightly salty caramel made with Fleur de Sel. This caramel contains Pineau, butter and whole milk which are all products of the New Aquitaine region. It is a golden caramel and mellow that when melting in the mouth you sunny the palate. It is the “Régal de la Saunière”.
CARAMEL COULIS
Caramel coulis with fleur de sel.
CARAMEL SPREAD
The bread of spirit of salt, is a caramel “spread” with fleur de sel.
It is a delicious and succulent product !!!
